近日本屆董事會之「新」「舊」董事之間的紛爭，陸續透過雜誌報導與網路傳播而浮上檯面。我們認為，董事會內部存在對於公視治理不同意見的辯論，原為民主必然；但歧見應該透過對話促進溝通及討論，而非成為公視發展之障礙。新舊董事應以公視整體發展為念，彼此之間對集團治理與發展之歧見，必須經由透明與公開程序進行對話。具體而言，我們呼籲董事會儘速以公開座談等形式，說明制度建立與修法進度等理念，以尋求公視內部及社會各界的討論與互相瞭解。
